We've optimized every last inch of our 339 square feet condo, with local artwork and culture everywhere you look and an efficient use of our space.
During the spring, summer, and, fall, open the windows and enjoy the indoor / outdoor living with full use of our open patio. In the winter, hunker down and enjoy the coziness of our space. And in all seasons, you'll love how close we are to everything Provincetown has to offer.
The location is so ideal for those busy days meeting friends for brunch, shopping, Tea, drinks, dinner, a show, and late-night dancing. You could literally pop back to the place between every stop and freshen up :)

Unfortunately, no. Our building does not permit pets for guests.
Are parties or events allowed?
We totally get it - Ptown is very lively and festive! You’re welcome to have friends over, just please be respectful, don’t host a ton of people, no house parties, and please don’t trash the place.
Please use good judgment and do your best to realize that we worked very hard to buy, decorate, and maintain our home.
What are the check-in / check-out procedures?
You will be able to access our home with a door code, which we will send to you during the days prior to your arrival.
Check-in time is anytime after 4:00 PM. Occasionally we accommodate early check-in if we have a gap between guests.
Check-out time is anytime before 10:00 AM
Can I smoke at the property?
Our home is a smoke-free home.
Please do not smoke or vape anything inside or outside the building.
No smoking on the deck or dedicated beach area for the condo!
The smell of pot smoke, bud, and joints is very strong.
We really must emphasize no smoking or vaping on premises. The smell lingers for a long time, and that’s not fair to us or to our future guests.
Where do I park?
Yes, we have a free parking spot for you to use! Our parking spot is right behind the building, and can accommodate standard-sized vehicles. If you're coming in an oversized vehicle or larger pickup truck, you might need to park elsewhere if you end up blocking access for the other unit owners.
Additionally, there is bike rack parking available in the parking area for your convenience.
Alternatively, the West End Parking Lot is conveniently located across about 6 minutes away by foot. Parking is first-come, first-serve. 45 parking spots. The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from April 1 - October 31, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight. Parking is by the hour, and a 24-hour parking fee is $30.
